Halloween

We had a very fun Halloween. Josie was both excited and scared at each house we went up to (we only went to about 8) and just couldn't get the words "trick-or-treat" out. She was very good about taking one candy for her bag and one for Rambler's. Rambler didn't really understand that he was getting anything at these houses but he had fun climbing the steps and tried to go inside each home. While Josie had saucer-sized eyes for everyone, Rambler had a big smile. Answering the doorbell was almost more fun than trick-or-treating for Josie -- she got really excited every time and helped hand out candy while Rambler followed close behind.

And now the lion suit has been washed and returned to Greg (thank you!). And most of the candy has been brought to my office or reserved for future enjoyment. The pumpkins will be disposed of soon (too bad we can't do a pumpkin toss here). So, now we can move on to Thanksgiving!

Great photos and description. As always, Somi is thrilled to see the little guys having a good time. I remember Jake being shy on our street too, at least the first time. After that, oh boy costumes and free candy.
Feliz Dia de los Muertos!
