The sellers of the house accepted all the terms and conditions of the contract, but felt that our offer price was too low. They counter-offered a price that is significantly higher than what we are willing to pay for that house. After talking it over, Jake and I decided not to negotiate; we are rejecting the offer and moving on. The house is beautiful, but it doesn't have some of the things we really want and the layout is not especially conducive for kids. It's simply not for us.
Josie is learning animal noises. She can moo, snort and meow. It's way too cute. Rambler is working on his smile. He's gotten pretty good at lifting his head and not flopping so much. It's so interesting to watch both of them grow.
